    Life Imitating Art:
Life Imitating Art: As you may know, some actors that appear on The Sopranos have not always been model citizens in their real lives. As of the part one of sixth season here is the list of low and high profile arrests.

    1. Tony Sirico (Paulie Walnuts) was charged with numerous criminal activities totaling 28 arrests before joining the cast. Some of his more notable arrests were for a chain of nightclub hold-ups.

    2. Robert Iler (Anthony Soprano, Jr.) - In July 2001 was arrested for armed robbery of two Brazilian tourists and possession of marijuana. He pled guilty to a charge of larceny and received three years probation.

    3. Richard Maldone (Capo Albert Barese) has previously been arrested and convicted for assault, grand larceny, forgery, and criminal possession of stolen property. In April 2003, he was arrested on a drug charge that could have landed him 15 years, but the case was dismissed.

    4. Vincent Pastore (Big Pussy Bonpensiero) - In April of 2005 he was charged for assaulting his girlfriend during an argument in a car. He allegedly smacked her around and slammed her head into the gear shift. He then pulled her out of the car. He received few community service hours.

    5. Lillo Brancato Jr. (Matthew Bevilaqua) - In May 2005 he was arrested on suspicion of being under the influence of drugs. In June 2005, he was arrested for possession of heroin. In December 2005, he was arrested and charged with second degree murder. He was an accomplice in a robbery which resuled in a police officer's death when Brancato's partner Steven Armento engaged in gunfire with the off-duty officer.

    6. Louis Gross (Perry Annunziata) - In May 2006 he was arrested and charged with criminal mischief after breaking into a woman's home claiming he was there to take back stuff that belonged to him.

    7. John Ventimiglia (Artie Bucco) - In May 2006, the day after Gross' arrest, was charged with DWI and drunk driving with an alcohol level of 0.12. He was also carrying a bag that had cocaine residue.
