    1. Premier Episode 66. Ray Curto croacks just as he's about to tell an FBI agent what he's got on Tony.

    2. Premier Episode 66. On orders from Christopher, Eugene Pontecorvo shoots Teddy Spirodakis in a diner.

    3. Premier Episode 66. Eugene Pontecorvo cracks under preasure from FBI, his wife and Tony and desides to take the easy way out by hanging himself.

    4. Premier Episode 66. Dick Barone died from Lou Gehrig's disease.

    5. Episode 67. Building Superintendent accidently shot by one of the Colombian guys.

    6 & 7. Episode 67. Two Columbian guys shot by Cary De Bartolo and Paulie Walnuts on a tip from Vito.

    8. Aunt Dottie (Paulie's "aunt/mother"), who suffered from Alzheimer's disease, died of natural causes.

    9 & 10 & 11. Episode 72. Johnny Sack got his wish and Rusty, the powerful NY capo, was shot right in front of his house by two "tourists" from Italy. Rusty's body guard was also shot. The third victim was a rabbit in Artie's back yard that later in the episode became Artie's new culinary inspiration.

    12. Episode 75. Drunk and desperate Vito crashes his Cadillac into a car parked on a side road. When the owner of the car wants to call police and make a report, Vito shoots him in the back and drives off.

    13 & 14. Episode 76. Very predictable and boring Vito's death. Fat Dom from the New York Family gets a cooking knife in his fat stomach for making fun of Vito.
